When planning and realising any event, safety is an important issue. DüsseldorfCongress therefore supports and advises clients in all aspects of safety and security, as well as taking comprehensive measures to prevent theft or other types of damage.

• Be cautious when a stranger talks to you, and be suspicious when someone ‘accidentally’ bumps into you.
• Use the ‘left luggage’ facilities provided in the cloakroom areas near the entrances.
• Do not leave any valuables in the car.
