Room 1 – Auditorium

The Auditorium (Room 1) at the CCD Congress Center Düsseldorf is designed for large-scale congresses, conferences, assemblies, and presentations. With a total area of 1,059 sqm, the hall supports professional stage and conference formats. Depending on the seating arrangement, it accommodates up to 1,028 participants in theatre style or up to 478 in parliamentary seating. The clear ceiling height ranges from 5.00 to 9.00 metres, allowing for the use of extensive event technology as well as a variety of stage and production concepts. A flexibly controllable lighting system supports different event scenarios and enables situational adaptation of the space. The hall walls can be used as projection surfaces and allow, among other options, the simulation of daylight progressions, contributing to a balanced and visually comfortable atmosphere. An adjoining foyer with views of the River Rhine is directly connected to the auditorium and can be used for breaks, networking activities, or accompanying exhibition areas as part of the overall event concept.
