Room 5 – 8 (incl. Activity Area)

Rooms 5 to 8 on the first floor of CCD Süd can be flexibly combined to create a contiguous event area with a total floor space of 1,039 m². In this configuration, the area is suitable for congresses, conferences, corporate events, poster exhibitions as well as parallel workshop and seminar formats.
Variable partition walls allow the space to be structured according to specific event requirements. Depending on the concept, the rooms can be arranged as individual, quieter breakout areas or as an open, continuous space for exhibitions and accompanying formats. The layout can be adapted precisely to the event schedule, number of participants and intended use.
All rooms provide natural daylight, blackout options and modern air conditioning, ensuring controlled lighting and climate conditions throughout the event. The directly adjoining foyer and an additional activity area within CCD Süd extend the event space with bright areas for circulation, presentation and informal exchange. Together, these elements form a cohesive setup on a single level, supporting efficient workflows, clear orientation and smooth transitions between sessions and break areas.
