Room 26 – 28

Rooms 26, 27 and 28 can be combined to form a contiguous event area with a total floor space of 578 m². In this configuration, the space supports events for up to 528 participants and is suitable for formats such as conferences, congresses, product presentations or mid-sized gala events.
Mobile partition walls allow the combined area to be structured flexibly and adapted to different event requirements. The space can be used as a single large plenary setting or divided into several functional zones, for example for parallel sessions or accompanying exhibition areas. This modular layout enables a needs-based spatial arrangement while maintaining clear orientation within the venue.
Rooms 26–28 are located on the second floor of the CCD and are connected to adjacent foyers, catering areas and additional conference rooms. At the same time, the area can be operated fully independently. A dedicated entrance with a separate entrance foyer, corresponding sanitary facilities and a private foyer on the second floor including a cloakroom allow for events with defined access requirements or non-public settings.
The combined rooms are complemented by an adjoining rooftop terrace with views of the Rhine. This outdoor area can be used for breaks, receptions or informal networking formats and extends the event space with an additional open-air option.
